Outline of the TCE Goalie Program

Our unique goalie program crafted and lead by Mr. Sals Adams is an expansion to our previous efforts. It includes on, off, artificial ice plus video and game review components.

ICE: (each session includes 4 goalies and most of the time three TCE shooters per goalie - thus extra ice and skill development for TCE players)

• 8/15/08 - 10/31/08, 10 weeks, 3 - 1/2 ice slots per week = 30 slots
• 11/1/08 - 3/15/09, 10 weeks, 1 - 1/2 ice slot per week = 10 slots

Off Ice (does not require fitness center, but use of some of their portable equipment might be helpful - though the equipment I use is inexpensive and goalies should have their own)

• 8/15/08 - 10/31/08, 10 weeks, 1 session per week
• 11/1/08 - 3/15/09, 16 weeks, 1 session per month

Artificial Ice

During season, three sessions per goalie for goalie specific training, for a total of 40 to 45 one hour max lessons.

Observing games

3 - 4 games per goalie during the session, including feedback.
